镍铝复合带的轧制工艺

       轧制工艺是生产镍铝复合带的常用工艺。然而,镍和铝的熔点和再结晶温度相差很大,其塑性流变行为也不相同。因此,采用传统轧制工艺生产复合带材时,复合层的结合强度以及复合层厚度和厚度的均匀性难以满足要求。同时,卷取问题的再次爆发将导致卷取失败。此外,两种材料复合处理后再结晶行为的差异,使得两种材料在传统退火工艺下难以实现同时软化,从而使复合带材的硬度难以控制。
